About the team + role

The Frontend Platform Team drives the vision of web development at Robinhood! Our team exists to deliver a healthy and resilient web platform at scale.

As a Frontend Platform developer, you’ll work with colleagues with diverse skills, operating across large-scale horizontal projects that drive impact via leverage. You will help accelerate our burgeoning team building Robinhood Legend, our flagship product. Your customers are Robinhood’s web developers who build our product.

What you’ll do

• Work effectively across a large Bazel monorepo.
• Collaborate on client, server, architecture, and infrastructure that power our web products : Robinhood web app and Robinhood Legend.
• Ship libraries, frameworks, and abstractions to accelerate developer velocity.
• Optimize local dev server, CI, and tooling to speed up workflows.
• Design frameworks and tools to empower other developers.
• Own and lead platform-level projects from conception to launch, serving as a technical expert.

Salary depends on factors like education, experience, location, and market demand. The expected range for Toronto, ON is $179,000–$210,000 CAD. The role includes participation in Robinhood’s bonus and equity plans.
