Job Summary :
As a Workday SeniorSystem Specialist, you will serve as the technical expert responsible for the seamless operation and optimization of our Workday system. Your primary focus will be to ensure that Workday meets the diverse business needs of our end users, covering various HR functions such as absence plans, benefits, compensation, recruitment, talent management, and more. You will be instrumental in maintaining the worker's lifecycle through effective design, implementation, testing, and ongoing system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day maintenance of the worker's lifecycle, covering areas such as absence plans, benefits, compensation, and business processes.
- Design, implement, test, and maintain Workday system functionality, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
- Act as the go-to expert for analytical reporting, providing insights into HR data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Analyze reporting requirements and recommend solutions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements, incorporating them into the Workday system as needed.
- Investigate, analyze, and provide recommendations for system modifications, upgrades, and new releases, considering their impact on various Workday modules.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) working with Workday, specializing in modules such as HCM Core, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, Onboarding, Reporting and Workforce Planning.In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, functionality, and reporting capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective recommendations.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and address business needs.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuous learning.
