Position : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Delta, British Columbia

Workplace Flexibility : We require a minimum attendance of 2 days / week in the office

We are currently looking for a motivated, creative and rigorous individual to join our finance team in Delta, B-C, as an Accounts Payable Specialist ! You will be awaited by dynamic colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge with you. Here are some of the responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

• Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Entering invoices data into the accounting system accurately and efficiently
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Account reconciliation of transactions
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any inquiries
• Generate data reports
• Make payments and ensure compliance with company policies
• Data entry of financial transactions into accounting system
• Follow up with vendors regarding outstanding credits
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve billing issues

What are the benefits of choosing this role at Quadra? :

British-Columbia Applicants :   The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $50, to $65, Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.

Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
