Are you a motivated and reliable owner-operator with a tandem-axle tractor looking for a consistent local opportunity?

We are looking to hire a Class 1 Owner Operator for City Pickup & Delivery who knows Saskatoon and the area.

• Responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight within the Saskatoon service area, while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Efficiently and safely picking up and delivering LTL freight
• Must prioritize all shipments to make all-time critical commitments and Rock Solid deliveries
• Working as a team with the dispatcher and dock personnel to ensure all freight is delivered on time
• Responsible for loading/unloading your own truck
• Roughly 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Some flexibility is required to meet customer requirements.
• Incentive-based pay environment with big payday potential for the right person.
• Must have a truck available every day for work assignments
• Maintaining a strong focus on providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Class 1 license (clean abstract)
• Must own a tandem axle day cab truck with no bunk, 2018 or newer
• Must have WSIB Coverage
• 1 year of LTL experience
• Physically Fit
• Reliable and dependable
• TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift experience is an asset, and is willing to be trained
• Must be able to provide a criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work-related supervisory references.
