The Mission of the legal department is to advise, protect and enforce EBC’s rights throughout the life cycle of a project: from business development to proposals, from execution to servicing built projects.

By joining EBC Legal Affairs, you will join a young and dynamic team at the heart of operations and risk management which supports management in its decisions. You will be called upon to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders within a growing company, but always focused on its values. EBC’s legal affairs team includes 9 lawyers and 2 engineers, mainly located in the Montreal, Brossard and Quebec offices.
