Lamination operator

We are looking for a Lamination operator for our customer specializing in flexible packaging such as bags with zipper, solvent-free lamination, printed rolls, etc... The work of the Lamination operator consists of the following tasks :  - Set up the laminator according to pre-established work methods.- Perform order changes. - Write production and quality monitoring reports.- Ensure the quality of the finished product while taking workplace safety into account.- Ensure cleanliness of work areas.- Participate in repairs and preventive maintenance with the maintenance team. - Perform any related tasks as requested by management.  This is physical, manual, meticulous, methodical work.  Requirements and profile :     - 1 to 3 years printing experience - Knowledge of raw materials, in particular various polys and additives - Excellent manual and mechanical skills - Resourcefulness, attention to detail. - Judgment and problem-solving skills - Organized, available, punctual, honest and calm - Good communicator - fluent in French and English  Job type : - Full-time day and / or evening - Available on all shifts (8am-10am) - Possibility of overtime on occasion.
