Qualifications :
Comfort and confidence using and demonstrating basic technology applications and devices (i.e. - smartphones tablets laptops).
Overall Purpose :
As a volunteer for the Tech Connect program reporting to the Program Manager and working under the direction of the Branch Librarian this volunteer position models BPLs values in all interactions with customers while supporting their technology needs.
The Tech Connect program is facilitated by Programming staff with volunteers assisting participants during both large and small group instructional sessions by supporting practice activities and enhancing the learning experience.
