Supervision Assistants play a vital role in the lives of children at our schools by assisting to provide a caring and safe environment for students during their non-instructional time. Assignments range from 1 to 8 hours per week working at either an Elementary (Grades K-5) or Middle (Grades 6-8) School. About the District…. RESPONSIBLE TO : PrincipalJOB GOAL : To assist in providing a well organized, supervised school environment in which students can take full advantage of their non-instructional time. Performance Responsibilities : Assists administration in duties relating to supervision of students during non-instructional time. Dispenses first aid and tends to children in sick room. Responsible for lunch, snack and clean-up routines. May assist children with clothing and dressing as required. Performs related work as required such as bus loading and unloading.
