Role Summary

Under the supervision of the team manager, the Content Deliveries Coordinator’s mandate will be to ensure delivery of different multimedia content for in‑flight entertainment applications. Working within a large team on several continents, the successful candidate will take part in creating and adapting content and making sure delivery efforts are followed up on for specific projects. The Content Deliveries Coordinator is also responsible to define and coordinate processes related to content delivery, as well as to ensure tools used for content delivery are provided as needed (including training, introducing updates, etc.). The position requires interaction with project managers, programmers, Content Service Providers (CSP), Content Integration team (WCIT), OEMs / partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support for content related issues (to partners / OEMs) :

• First response to Content related Support Requests from partners / OEMs
• Dispatch GEE internal (or external) depending on the issue reported
• Communication with partner / OEM and ensuring issue is closed according to Support Policy and SLA per partner

Responsible to define, coordinate and update processes related to content delivery, e.g.

Responsible to coordinate update of content delivery tools

Supporting users of Content Management System (CMS) both internally and externally

Taking part in creating application content using e.g. Content Management System (CMS)
