Summary of role : The Culture and Talent Success Specialist plays a key role in shaping our team experience, supporting the success and well-being of every employee. This person is responsible for recruiting top talent, onboarding new hires, driving engagement, ensuring training and compliance, and maintaining a strong, connected company culture. Salary $50,000-70,000 Based on previous experience3 weeks’ Vacation + 5 PEL daysHealth / Dental / Life / Medical Coverage as per current CCG policy and plan.Profit Sharing as per policy (2025 : TBD)Contract type : Contract – Full Time (1-year terms). Convertible to full time employment at the company’s discretion but only available to in office team members.
