Discipleship Director

Job Description

The key role of the Discipleship Director is to empower individuals to move towards Christ-centered living. This is accomplished by teaching classes, mentoring leaders and resourcing Pastors / ministry leaders with the necessary tools needed for their area.

Required Skills

Preaching / teaching, leadership development, strategic planning.

Experience Required
