Your Opportunity
Our Montreal office is looking for an Bilingual Administrative Professional to join the SR&ED Tax team and own the following responsibilities :
Provide support to a team of Partners and professionals
Type and format correspondence, reports, or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation
Maintain Partners' billing records
Perform administrative tasks related to the department's operations, such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing
Provide support to business development initiatives by efficiently managing calendars, coordinating internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings

Your experience and education
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position. Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
Bilingual (English and French), strong communication skills both written and oral
You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook
You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
