Job Overview

As an Experience Associate, you will work at a branch to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.

In This Role, You Will

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments in accordance with TD’s operating procedures, industry regulations and Code of Conduct and Ethics.
• Identify and recommend banking solutions that meet each customer’s needs while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
• Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
• Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
• Communicate personally with customers, advising them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
• Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable workplace by supporting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
• Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.
• Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to enhance operational excellence.
