Our client a forward thinking and reputable organization is seeking a Project Finance Coordinator to join their team in Halifax . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities for the Job :

• Coordinate with project teams and accounting staff to ensure an efficient purchasing and accounts payable process
• Support month-end accounting activities related to purchasing transactions
• Maintain and organize finance-related knowledge bases including project funding opportunities and active project accounts
• Assist with project setup including account administration budget uploads and expense processing
• Provide training and guidance to team members on purchasing workflows and financial procedures
