Registered Veterinary Technician

Breslau Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced RVT to fill a Full-Time position. Part-time candidates will be considered. Our hospital is a growing small animal hospital who practices mostly with dogs and cats and some small pets (rabbits, rats, GP’s and hamsters). We have an excellent reputation in the community where we have been for 17 years and are currently seeing a lot of patient / client growth. We are well outfitted with digital dental and main digital x-ray systems, ultrasound, Baer Hugger, Hot Dog warming mat, Tonopen and well-appointed surgical suite. We are looking for a positive, kind hearted, professional individual with a “go-forward” attitude. The successful candidate would be confident with anesthesia, dental x-ray, general x-ray and patient care. Attention to detail is important as our technicians utilize their skills to the fullest and are responsible for all patient care in hospital, x-rays, anesthesia, sedations, referrals and their own RVT stream of appointments. RVTs are well supported by their RVT colleagues, hospital staff and doctors. Pay is commensurate with the OVMA recommendations and experience.
