POSITION FUNCTION :
The Invigilator provides invigilation of tests for the CELPIP program.

Other Duties as assigned by your Test Day Supervisor or Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Knowledge : Office procedures
Education / Certifications : High School completion
Skills / Abilities : Strong Communication skills, Customer service orientation, Attention to detail, Time management & organization skills, Technical proficiency, Professionalism and Integrity. Ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures.
Experience : Experience in an administrative, customer service, or education role is preferred.
Physical Requirements : Sitting, standing, bending, and ability to lift 10 kg.
Other : Current, satisfactory Criminal Record Check required by policy, law and / or employment contract.

HOURS & LOCATIONS :
On-call shifts are available on weekends and evenings. Shifts may vary between 2 hrs - 7 hrs in length. The successful candidates must be able to commute to 699 Victoria St. Kamloops, British Columbia V2C 3S8.
