Business College Instructor (HRM & Supervision)

• Relevant industry experience of two years.
• degree or certificate in Human Resource training OR HR industry experience of ten years.
• CPHR preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal).
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multi-cultural collaborative team setting.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Teaching experience is not a qualifier instead of industry experience of two years or more.

• Preferred hours (3:00 pm to 5:45 pm 2.5 times per week, or 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm twice a week).
• Preferred days (Monday and Wednesday, and /or Tuesday and Thursday--plus alternate Fridays if 3:00 pm is preferred).
