Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager
About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Strategist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of email campaigns for our e-commerce clients. This role is tailored for an expert in Klaviyo who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful, measurable outcomes for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands . The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience working with D2C clients, particularly in the beauty , fashion , health and wellness , and consumer goods sectors. As part of our lean, high-performing team, you will be managing campaigns for 50-60 brands at a time, offering you a chance to work on a diverse range of clients and industries.
You will collaborate closely with creative, technical, and client teams to deliver tailored, high-conversion email marketing strategies. As a key player in the team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of eCommerce brands by translating insights into impactful marketing actions that resonate with customers and drive ROI.
Role Overview : In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of email campaigns—from conceptualization to execution to ongoing optimization. Your ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies and drive campaign performance through data analysis will be vital in helping our clients achieve their business goals. You’ll work closely with creative teams to ensure that all messaging and visuals align with the client’s brand, while leveraging Klaviyo's robust features to automate workflows, target audiences, and deliver personalized experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution :
Develop data-driven email campaign concepts and strategies tailored to client goals, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Use insights to build campaign schedules, ensuring optimal send times for increased engagement.
Oversee the full creation process of email campaigns, collaborating with copywriters , designers , and product teams to deliver compelling and cohesive messaging.
Optimize subject lines, copy, and design for maximum impact, focusing on personalization and segmentation.
Implementation & Management :
Take ownership of the scheduling and launching of email campaigns in Klaviyo , ensuring that all emails are delivered on time and in line with campaign goals.
Build and continually optimize email templates that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with the client's brand identity.
Set up and manage opt-in forms , ensuring the growth of client email lists and improving lead generation.
Ensure deliverability and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) throughout all campaigns.
Data-Driven Optimization :
Continuously track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI, using these insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
Conduct A / B testing to identify best-performing campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, creative) and apply findings to optimize future efforts.
Leverage Klaviyo’s advanced features like automated flows, triggers, and segmentation to create personalized, impactful email experiences for customers.
Requirements :
Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo : Deep understanding of Klaviyo’s email marketing capabilities, including campaign management, advanced segmentation, flows, and analytics.
Strong experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce marketing, ideally with brands in beauty, fashion, health and wellness, or consumer goods .
Proven success in managing multiple, concurrent clients and campaigns, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to implement and optimize automated email flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase sequences) using Klaviyo's advanced triggers .
Analytical mindset with a focus on data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams (creative, technical, and client-facing).
Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment , where you manage up to 50-60 brands simultaneously.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and driving email marketing success.

Recent and active hands-on experience with Klaviyo and D2C eCommerce brands.
