We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Roofing Manager to join our team and oversee a diverse portfolio of roofing and waterproofing projects.

Position Overview :

As the Technical Roofing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of roofing projects and providing expert technical support to sales teams, installers, and clients, ensuring projects are completed to the highest technical standards while adhering to budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Thorough understanding of various roofing systems (single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, metal, etc.) and their applications based on building type and climate.

Knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and best practices related to roofing.

Ability to analyze roof conditions, identify potential issues, and design appropriate repair or replacement solutions.

Review project plans and specifications to ensure technical accuracy.

Select appropriate roofing materials based on project requirements and budget.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper installation.

Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control and compliance with specifications.

Address technical challenges and resolve issues that arise during installation.

Provide technical training to sales team members on product features and applications.

Assist with customer inquiries regarding roofing systems and design.

Offer technical advice to installers on complex projects.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building owners on roof design and specifications.  :

Develop and implement quality control procedures for roofing installations.

Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure project completion meets standards.

Identify and address quality issues promptly.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry.

Proven experience leading and developing project management teams.

Strong knowledge of roofing and waterproofing systems, materials, and best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with project management software and tools.
