Assistant Manager - Accounting

• Reports to the Senior Manager of Administration
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities; support as required
• Manage and control Fixed Assets; perform annual Fixed Asset audit
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Coordinate semi-annual audit activities with external auditors
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Completion of month end reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and actual vs budget variance analysis
• Coordinate quarterly physical inventory counts
• Approval of purchase orders
• Monitor and ensure financial systems and controls are functioning properly
• Sales price, BOM, and added value analysis
• Assist with various projects and supporting tasks as needed
• Full-time position with benefits after three months of employment
