We are looking for someone with :
- Degree Holders (business or finance preferred).
- 8+ years financial services / MPF experience preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent PC skills; especially with Microsoft Excel (knowledge of advanced formulas, pivots), Power Point and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
- A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure
- Open to change and continuous improvement
On the job you will :
- Responsible for funds monitoring for retirement funds (MPF, ORSO and Macau Pension) on behalf of business
- Conduct fund performance review regularly and follow up with relevant parties such as investment managers, internal / external consultants, trustee and authorities when necessary.
- Work with stakeholders such as trustee, strategy team, business owner to review various pension platforms and outline development plan such as but not limited to : platform structure, add / remove fund, change investment style etc.
- Participate in fund related initiatives such as new fund launch and fund enhancement.
- Prepare MIS reports for management and various investment committees
- Review fund related marketing materials such as performance summary and fund fact sheets for various pension products
- Provide support to distribution channels, client services on fund related issues. Act as product specialist and explain to clients or business partners when necessary
- Provide investment related trainings / seminars to business partners
