Kitchen Assistant

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our Mississauga production team and help us bake happiness behind the scenes.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant , you’ll support our back-of-house kitchen operations—including baking, preparing patties, and assisting with general food production. This is a full-time role (30+ hours / week) , perfect for someone reliable, hardworking, and excited to grow in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in baking cakes, pastries, and other desserts
• Help prepare and produce patties (such as potato and corn cheese)
• Support daily prep work like mixing, portioning, and assembling items
• Follow recipes, portioning guides, and allergy safety standards
• Operate ovens, mixers, and kitchen equipment safely and carefully
• Label, package, and stock items for display or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and workspaces
• Assist with closing, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned
