Our client, a prominent boutique law firm located in heart of downtown Vancouver, is looking for a detailed and organized candidate for their newly available Corporate Records clerk position.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :
- Assisting with routine corporate work and corporate filings such as annual maintenance, returns and resolutions
- Drafting and organizing correspondence and legal documents
- Conducting searches on BC Online, LTSA and PPSA
The ideal candidate will have :
Legal Assistant Certificate from accredited institutionAt least 2 years of Corporate Records experience.Extremely detail oriented and vigilant, with strong problem solving skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsHigh level of professionalismSalary : $55,000 – $70,000 per year dependent on experience.
