Our client is a rapidly growing financial services organization looking to hire a Senior Manager, Fund Accounting. As the Senior Manager, Fund Accounting you will be responsible for both supervision and review of a small team and hands on work when complexities demand.

The Senior Manager Fund Accounting will:

• Review fund documents to apply reporting standards
• Process capital activity for funds
• Process trades
• Prepare daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Update accounting records in compliance with various reporting standards including GAAP and IFRS
• Process expense payments
• Calculate fund accounting rates (returns, waterfall, management fee, and accruals)
• Prepare NAV calculations
• Prepare financial statements
• Develop relationships with fund stakeholders

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• CPA with relevant industry experience (fund administration)
• Systems savvy [Excel, etc.]
• Able to both do complex work and supervise/review the work of others
• Other experience: Private Equity Fund, Rebalancing, Trades, Reconciliations, Waterfall
