Salary ranging from $19ph to $24ph depending on experience.

Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed

Desire to continually learn new things

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) :

Demonstrate skill and proficiency in structural cleaning techniques

Ability to carry 50lbs

Ability to perform demolition duties of drywall / flooring etc

Must be comfortable working on Asbestos / Mold jobs (All training provided)

Must be available for on call rotor

Self-managing and time management skills

Detail-oriented

Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.

Manage / organize contents warehouse

Demonstrate skill and proficiency in content cleaning techniques

Re-inspect job sites for quality control.

Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
