Sessional Instructor, History

Job Summary :

The department of History is seeking a sessional instructor for the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semesters to teach courses in Latin American History. Ability to teach late pre-colonial / early colonial Latin American history and African slavery in the Americas is required. Other priority areas include the History of Indigenous Peoples in Latin America, and nineteenth and twentieth-century Inter-American relations. Ability to teach online is an asset.

Qualifications :

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in history or be near completion and should have and teaching experience at the university level.
