In , a comprehensive Community Health IT Strategy was developed to create a centralized Patient Case Management solution, enhancing collaboration among healthcare providers.
In , the Salesforce Health Cloud Platform was selected to support this strategy due to its comprehensive tools and powerful analytics designed for the healthcare industry.
Currently, the focus is on expanding the CommunityCare application to include new healthcare services. To address internet and cellular connectivity issues, a Progressive Web App (PWA) is being constructed.
This PWA will enable healthcare providers to capture patient care details offline, which will be uploaded to the main application once connectivity is restored.
Services Sought :
We are seeking a skilled React / Node JS Developer to join the existing team and complete the development of the PWA. The successful candidate will be part of a project team of - IT professionals and will work on interfacing with other systems.

- M : University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
