Job description

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is looking to expand their team with a Program Advisor. This is a contract with permanent potential opportunity based out of their offices in Moncton, NB that will be responsible for responding to a broad range of client inquiries and providing detailed information regarding various programs and services offered.

Key Responsibilities for the Job :

  • Answering phone call and email inquiries
  • Educate and inform clients of all available programs and services
  • Follow up on all referrals
  • Facilitate client participation in multiple programs
  • Review program eligibility and application processes
  • Ensure all documents are received for submission
  • Excel tracking
  • Other support duties as required

Experience & Attributes for Success :

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Experience working in a customer / client-service role is a strong asset
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to foster strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft products, with strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Comfortable with technology with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a busy, results-oriented environment
