The SAP S / 4 Integration Lead is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration solutions within the SAP S / 4 HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S / 4 HANA modules, integration technologies, and business processes. The Integration Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S / 4 HANA with various internal and external system.
The position can be worked remotely, is an initial 6 month contract with the potential for extensions!

Lead and deliver complex Global S / 4HANA Integration projects, including hands-on technical design and implementation of SAP integration technologies.
Collaborate with Manitoba's team and system integrator to ensure timely and quality deliverables, while upholding professional standards and the code of conduct.
Resolve system and process issues, coordinating integration testing and ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, integration roadmaps, and strategies for SAP systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in integration design, implementation, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot integration issues and communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Demonstrate expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration suite, ABAP interface development protocols, and other relevant SAP technologies.
Foster a positive work environment, maintain work-life balance for team members, and contribute to the development of the SAP Technology Practice.
Stay current with SAP and Cloud trends, leveraging innovative solutions to drive Manitoba's business transformation.
