Office & Operations Coordinator
SoloSquid is looking for someone who can keep us organized, responsive, and running smoothly every day. As our anchor of in‑office operations, you’ll coordinate technical teams, manage schedules, keep our books clean and customers supported, and more.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling our technical teams and managing deployment logistics
- Preparing and sending quotes and invoices through Salesforce
- Tracking and reconciling payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Following up on overdue invoices and ensuring accurate financial records
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries and providing timely follow‑ups
- Maintaining office supplies and overseeing day‑to‑day office operations
- Providing light executive assistance to the founder (calendar support, priorities, inbox triage)
- Supporting CRM data upkeep, reporting, and process improvements
