Seasonal Tax Preparer Swift Current

EBT Chartered Professional Accountants is seeking a detailoriented and motivated Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our Swift Current office for the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience in a public accounting environment while working with a supportive and collaborative team.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Tax Preparer you will assist our tax team during peak season by preparing personal income tax returns and supporting related administrative tasks. Training is provided and you will work under the guidance of experienced tax professionals.

What Youll Do

• Prepare T1 personal income tax returns using EBTs approved tax software
• Review and organize client documents for completeness and accuracy
• Enter tax slips and financial information with a high level of detail
• Communicate with clients to request missing information or clarify details
• Assist with scanning filing and maintaining electronic and paper records
• Assemble completed tax packages for review
• Support the tax team in meeting deadlines during peak periods
