Sewing Machine Operator

Location : South Surrey, BC

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation : Starting at $18.00 / hour, higher rates based on experience

Schedule : Flexible 4 to 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm

Van Gogh Designs is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in upholstery or industrial sewing. We are a leading Canadian furniture manufacturer known for our dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. What You'll Do :

• Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch fabric panels for furniture such as sofas, chairs, and headboards
• Follow precise sewing patterns and specifications for various upholstery designs
• Work with a variety of upholstery materials including fabrics, vinyl, and leather
• Perform quality control during and after sewing to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship
• Collaborate with the cutting and upholstery teams to ensure efficient production flow
