THE ROLE

Our client in Milton is seeking a Fleet Key Coordinator to work on Fridays. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate collection, organization, and distribution of fleet keys. This is a detail-oriented position critical to the smooth operation of fleet and driver management.

You will interact with drivers, handle sensitive assets, and ensure that all keys are securely stored and properly logged. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and receive key bags from drivers
• Check off and log all returned keys accurately
• Reorganize and return keys to their designated holders
• Prepare and package new key bags for distribution to drivers
• Ensure all keys are accounted for and securely stored
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

KEY EXPECTATIONS

• Accuracy and attention to detail in handling keys
• Timely and organized preparation of key bags for drivers
• Following security protocols and maintaining accountability of all assets
• Strong communication skills when interacting with drivers and team members

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in inventory, logistics, or administrative support is an asset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Ability to follow processes and procedures carefully
• Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive materials
