We are looking for a result-driven accounts receivable manager to oversee the company’s financial transactions and to boosted financial strength by ensuring all transactions are processed properly and managing the account receivable department staff.

A successful accounts receivable manager will maintain smoother cash flow, reduce bad debt, provide highly accurate forecasting and improve customer satisfaction. You need to be able to plan, organize and execute AR projects efficiently and effectively as well as to communicate and cooperate with finance department and stakeholders. You also have to follow the best practices and standards for AR development and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication and processes between business departments and offices and identify areas for improvement
• Responsible for Credit process and conducting credit checks on new and potential customers.
• Ensuring high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
• Ensure timely collections of payments including negotiation with clients in non-payment cases
• Organize accurate records of invoices and deposits
• Responsible to drive Customer outcomes through positive customer experience in finance-related processes
• Develops management reports on AR performance, KPI and contribute to the completion of weekly financial forecasts and month-end reporting
• Manage the planning, strategic goals and objectives of the AR department that align with the Finance department’s goals
• Supervise, train and mentor staff to ensure completion of goals and objectives of the AR department
• Remaining informed of any legislative changes
• Ensuring system performance aligning with AR department needs by being the system Super User
• Responsible for all AR and Credit process projects
• Ad Hoc projects and tasks related to AR functions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor
• Experience in the multinational business environment
• Hands-on experience with accounting software Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with formulas in MS Excel
• Excellent analytical skills along with ability to create and present reports
• Team management and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Confidentiality
• BSc degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is a plus
• Bilingual (written and verbal)
