Job Summary
The Assistant Track Supervisor is responsible for leading the operations of an assigned territory that involves track inspection and repairs. The role oversees replacing rails, ties, switches, and ballasts. In addition, the position provides daily support to the Track Supervisor.

Working Conditions
The role will be partially performed in an office environment and outdoors in various types of weather and environmental conditions with irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires regular travel (up to 50%) across the assigned territory at times without advance notice. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and stress, and respond to unexpected and emergency situations. The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs.
