Role Overview
Configure and deliver Odoo HR and Payroll modules aligned to Canadian regulations (CRA, CPP, EI, T4 / T4A). Work closely with iVedha’s Nexa and TalentNEX teams to deliver AI-augmented HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement Employee Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance modules.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll tax and CRA filings.
- Configure benefits, deductions, and attendance integrations.
- Collaborate with developers for localization and automation.
- Support government demo scenarios and client workshops.
- Configure benefits and deductions for health, insurance, RRSP, and other employee plans.
- Integrate third-party benefits providers (e.g., Sun Life, Manulife, Desjardins).
- Manage eligibility tracking, enrollment, and compliance reporting.
- Align benefit structures to federal / provincial labor laws and collective agreements.
Requirements
3–5 years experience in Odoo HR / Payroll implementation.Hands-on with CRA, CPP, EI, T4 / T4A formats.Experience with Odoo Enterprise 16+ preferred.HRIS / Payroll background with Canadian enterprises or public sector.
