About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Center team. This role is responsible for communicating with customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails, while managing customer accounts and delivering exceptional support.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Make outbound calls to follow up on service requests and appointments
• Communicate with customers through phone, text messages, and email to provide support and updates
• Schedule, update, and confirm customer appointments
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage and update customer accounts with attention to detail
• Assist customers with service-related questions and general support needs
• Document all customer interactions and account updates in the system
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
Requirements
• Previous customer service or call center experience is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer programs
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
