The Harris Poll Canada is seeking a Business Development Director to join a close-knit team that lead the way in tech-driven market insights through innovative, cost-effective research solutions. As a Business Development Director, you will drive new business initiatives to deliver against sales targets, along with managing and leading a team of managers. In this role you will use innovative strategies to develop and execute winning sales plans for yourself and your team. The team is seeking someone who has a proven record of securing new business, building strong relationships and closing deals. You will thrive in a fast moving, entrepreneurial setting and enjoy leading a high-performing sales team.This is a hybrid role, working at least two days each week from our Toronto office and you need to be available to travel from time to time.
