We are revolutionizing telehealth for medical providers and their patients alike.We are backed by Xavier Niel, a member of the LVMH family, and other VC investors.Our website : the Role : We are looking for our first data scientist to lead our analytics and machine learning needs.You’ll be a good match for the Data Scientist role if you're a star data scientist and are excited about transforming healthcare in Canada.You Will : Own critical data systems that support multiple products / teamsDevelop, implement and enforce best practices for data infrastructure and automationBuild full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Python and BI toolsPerform exploratory analysis to answer key business questions; form hypotheses to test; make data-driven recommendationsBuild models to predict key business metrics and patient / clinicare care outcomesYou Have : 3+ years of experience in data science or software engineeringHardcore work ethicSuperhuman learning abilitiesStrong communication skillsProficiency in Python and SQLExperience with data warehouses (BigQuery, etc.) and pipeline / orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.)Knowledge of data science / ML libraries and MLOps best practicesBenefits : Competitive compensationGain exposure and have a large impact at a high growth startupWork closely with the CTO and foundersBeautiful office in the Old Port of Montreal, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light
