Reports To : Senior Director of People and Programs

Location : Regina, SK

Employment : Full Time 40 hrs / wk

Compensation : $25.50 - $30.00 / hr

Hours : Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 30 PM)

We’re looking for a compassionate and strategic Program Manager to lead this exciting initiative from the ground up. This is your opportunity to shape a space that truly puts young people first.

What You’ll Do

Program Oversight & Development

• Support the creation and daily operations of The Treehouse program
• Lead and run youth wellness, mental health, life skills, and employment groups
• Ensure the space is safe, welcoming, and youth-centered

Staff Leadership & Development

Partnerships & Community Engagement

Facilitation & Direct Support

Program Administration
