The Shipper Receiver plays a key role in supporting the Service Centre by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound parts, materials, and supplies. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse operations, and ensuring that parts and supplies are available to support effective and timely repairs and maintenance. The role also includes occasional driving duties to pick up or deliver parts as required.

Shipping and Receiving
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and conditionPrepare, package, and process outgoing shipments in a timely and organized mannerPerform inter‑branch transfers in a timely manner to maintain accurate inventoryMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts and stock organizationEnsure parts and supplies are properly stored, labeled, and accessible for service and repair needsCollaborate with the Service Centre team to minimize delays and remove barriers to efficient operationsOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse and shipping areas.Escalate any discrepancies to supervisorAssist in development and improvement of warehouse and storage plansAssist in development and upkeep of facility 6SOther work as may be definedParts Delivery and Pick Up
Occasional need to pick up and deliver parts as required in a safe and timely mannerEnsure all loads are safe and properly secured at all timesMaintain condition and cleanliness of company vehiclesComplete vehicle inspection reports (daily, weekly, monthly)Safely operate the company vehicle adhering to all safety requirements, obeying traffic laws and driving undistractedEducation
Grade 12 or equivalent with trade trainingIndustry related experience an assetValid G LicenseSkills And Experience
