• Technical management of a new Epicor Kinetic implementation. Work in conjunction with 3rd party consultants to drive the end-to-end process from business requirement to configuration and production deployment.
• Map data from 4 ERP / Financial systems to a single Kinetic instance. Prepare and execute data loads. Work with implementation team to resolve any load errors.
• Verify any customization requests cannot be handled by out of the box functionality. Scope new change requests and provide timeline / effort estimates for these enhancements.
• Provide functional solution support for all new process implementations.
• Support the solutioning team across all phases from instance design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented in the Kinetic instance.
• Review existing ERP systems and map critical functionality to standard Kinetic processes in conjunction with consulting team. Highlight any functional and / or technical gaps between systems.
• Develop Business Process Management functions (BPMs), Business Activity Queries (BAQs), and Dashboards as approved by the solution design team.
• Provide support and maintenance to the clients for day to day technical problems which may arise throughout the migration efforts.
• Advise the core implementation team of any major issues or roadblocks that arise and impact the project timeline.
• Led coordination and validation of any outsourced development and data extracts.
• Work in conjunction with infrastructure team on environment setup
• Provide hyper support during any post go live phases of the project.
