The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation).
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Reporting to the Geoscientific Database Coordinator, you will be called upon to provide technical support to the geology teams at Agnico Eagle. You will support the users of the geoscientific database in terms of solving complex problems, such as modifying and adding data as well as access via queries and other tools. You will be the key person for best practices and continuous training on the different software used, thus working to maintain the integrity of the company's data. You will need to be creative and innovative in the development of different software modules and related tools. You will also be closely involved in the acquisition and integration of new Agnico Eagle projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Your Work Schedule
Schedule : 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Possibility of 5-2-4-3 schedule;
Workplace : Possibility to work in one of AEM's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, Preissac, Val-d'Or, Mirabel or Toronto. There is a possibility to have a hybrid work schedule, working some days from an AEM office and some days in telecommuting.
