Manufacturing Engineer position based in Stonewall, MB. This role is a hands-on engineering position within the Engineering Team, responsible for product development and contributing to innovation, precision, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new products to meet innovation targets
• Identify and implement practical engineering solutions to increase product value
• Bridge the gap between high-level innovation concepts and manufacturing reality
• Establish and maintain consistent project timelines and R&D schedules
• Provide technical expertise and documentation for products as requested
• Stay aware of market developments and identify new technological opportunities
• Expedite the resolution of technical hurdles and design challenges
• Maintain up-to-date technical drawings and project records
