The Business Enablement Management team is part of the IIC Digital Transformation team responsible for establishing our go-forward Agile organization on our quest to achieve our Mission : “Decisions made easier. Lives made better”.
Responsibilities
PMP or CAPM designation (nice to have), with 2 or more years of experience working as part of a project team
Change Management experience and / or certifications (nice to have)
Use of common agile tools and applications like Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Strong knowledge of agile principles, project and program management tools, techniques and methodologies
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to influence, resolve conflict and delegate effectively without having direct authority; confidence to raise issues as required
Ability to foster positive relationships and effectively lead various-sized groups to attain collaborative and innovative solutions
Proactively manages potential problems and prevents unfavorable outcomes
Adaptable and great aptitude for change; reprioritize conflicting workloads and deliverables
Ability to motivate, coach and mentor individuals and teams
Experience working in Financial Services and / or Insurance
How will you create impact?
The Business Enablement Lead plays a critical role in working with Value Stream Owners, Product Owners, Technical Program Managers and business stakeholders, to drive change forward.
Responsible for engaging with stakeholders to help them understand, plan and deliver the desired experience or outcome for the corresponding Insurance product, service or capability. You will closely work with the stakeholders as they work to understand what is being delivered and ensure they are prepared and ready to embrace the change.
You will play a key role in driving change management, identifying risks, and issues and sharing critical feedback that the Value Stream Owner and Product Owners need to incorporate into their solution designs and roadmaps.
You will also assist the Value Stream Owner with key monthly management activities related to Value Stream management such as monthly status reporting, financial reporting, intake review and prioritization, as well as supporting our ongoing agile mobilization efforts.
This is a multi-faceted role for someone who is keen to learn about how the underlying business itself, product and delivery.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Waterloo, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
78,975.00 CAD - $142,155.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.
