We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!The Supervisor duties include, but are not limited too : Delighting guests with friendly and caring customer service representative of the A&W brandWorking as a team with co-workers to deliver outstanding guest experience and achieve service timesSpending a reasonable amount each shift on the floor assisting and working with employeesMonitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.Following food safety regulations and maintaining sanitation, health, orderly and clean eating and dining areas, as well as other facilities utilized by guests Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, sweeping and mopping floorsWhat we offer : flexible schedule, on-the-job training, opportunities to advance, health benefits

Experience working at Fast Food Industry (at-least 1yr)

Some Management and Supervision experience (at least 6 months)
