Working 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule Personal Care Workers support and supervise individuals with physical abilities; use a team approach to plan organize and supervise daily activities; prepare and serve meals as planned; administer prescribed medications.

The Licensed Group Home is responsible for providing guidance support and supervision for individuals with Cognitive Mental and Physical Disabilities that require 24 / 7 care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and supervise elderly individuals
• Use a team approach to plan organize and supervise daily activities recreational and other services
• Prepare and serve meals as planned
• Assess needs of residents on an ongoing basis
• Maintain sanitation of Group Home
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
