Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Product Owner (Insurance) to join their team. As a Product Owner (Insurance), you will be part of the Product Management team supporting regional insurance initiatives across Latin America and Central America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of insurance products, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Own and define the product roadmap for banking insurance products supporting regional initiatives.
• Translate insurance business requirements into clear product priorities and delivery plans.
• Partner with insurance, banking, and technology stakeholders to drive project execution.
• Support product enhancements, regulatory considerations, and regional rollout planning.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with insurance product strategy and timelines.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in product ownership or product roadmapping within the insurance domain, especially bank-led insurance products.
• Strong understanding of insurance product structures, lifecycle, and regulatory environment.
• Experience supporting multi-region or international initiatives, preferably in Latin America or Central America.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
