What We’re Looking For

At Northern, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead the operation of one of our largest client programs. In this role, you will oversee multiple interconnected projects across Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, and Development Project Management, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals. As a trusted expert on the client’s business, Northern’s delivery best practices, industry trends, and relevant technologies, you will partner with Account Managers to shape account strategy, identify growth opportunities, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, improve client experiences, and drive revenue growth.

Compensation

This role has a target salary range of $, - $,, with final compensation determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills and direct experience, depth of role-related expertise, years of directly applicable experience, internal equity, and market alignment for the role. Compensation decisions also consider the scope and complexity of the position and are made in a manner consistent with our pay practices. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include health & dental benefits, RRSP matching, Profit Sharing, and many additional perks.
