Vos Tâches

• Offrir un service impeccable aux clients voyageurs pour forger des relations à long terme et fidéliser une clientèle solide
• Vendre une grande variété de produits de fournisseurs privilégiés pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs
• Fournir des informations de voyage précises et complexes (p. ex. des documents de voyage détaillés, etc.)
• Organiser des promotions et créer des partenariats durant le réseautage
• Aider à la résolution des plaintes des clients
• Facturer et documenter les dossiers de clients avec précision et conformément à la politique de l’entreprise
• Collaborer étroitement avec les clients, les voyagistes et plusieurs services de soutien internes

Votre Profil

• Expérience en tant qu’agent(e) de voyages
• Disponibilité pour travailler durant différents quarts de travail, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine
• Certificat provincial
• Un an d’expérience dans l’industrie du voyage
• Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais)

What You’ll Do

• Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base
• Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets
• Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.)
• Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking
• Assist in the resolution of client complaints
• Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance to company policy
• Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators and various Internal Support departments

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a Travel Advisor
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Provincial certification
• 1 Year of experience in the Travel industry
• Bilingual (French/English) Required
